DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery is carried out by our own staff and transport as well as our trusted delivery partners. This is a 2 man delivery service. Your items will be delivered in to the room of your choice. It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of any packaging & set up delivered furniture.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. You will be contacted by our customer care team to arrange a suitable delivery date. This can be either by email or phone call. Our installation team deliver between the hours of 7am to 7pm 6 days a week. You will be contacted and given a 3 hour delivery window. PREPARING FOR DELIVERY
It is the customers responsibility to ensure pets, ornaments, shoes & anything that may get damaged or hinder our delivery team from successfully delivering your furniture. You will need to check measurements of the furniture you are interested in purchasing and make sure our delivery team can get through front doors, hallways, stairways etc. Failure to measure correctly resulting in a failed delivery will result in a failed delivery charge of 15% of the product cost including any delivery fee.
DELIVERY FEE
We have a nationwide delivery fee of £79. If you are local to our warehouse you can arrange to collect your item/item,'s or arrange a local delivery via our own delivery staff. You will need to select this at checkout.
